Dr. Scott Stoll is recognized as an international leader in lifestyle medicine and whole food plant-based nutrition. He is the co-founder of the Plantrician Project, the International Plant-Based Nutrition Healthcare Conference, the International Journal of Disease Reversal and Prevention, and the Regenerative Health Institute, a unique collaborative project with the Rodale Institute that integrates a regenerative vision of human health, agriculture, and the environment. He served as the chairman of the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Coordinated Health for 16 years, a team physician for Lehigh University and the United States Bobsled and Skeleton Team and was a member of the Whole Foods scientific and medical advisory board. Dr. Stoll is the Chairman of the board for The Plantrician Project.

Walking the plant-based talk since age seven, this Southern California native has always been well ahead of the times with her meatless mindset. She works as a consulting chef for hotels, resorts, and restaurants around the world and is currently the vegan chef at the Four Seasons Resort, Punta Mita, Mexico -the most vegan friendly 5-star resort in the world and Naviva -a new wellness concept by Four Seasons. The Four Seasons named Leslie “Master Chef” in 2019. Leslie has recently written the plant based recipes for the highly anticipated Eat Like a Girl cookbook with Dr. Mindy Pelz, available now.

Once simply known as Leslie The Lab Girl on the hit show Bill Nye The Science Guy, Leslie took her love of education and shifted from science to plant based food. Determined to inspire beneficial, life-long eating habits for everyone, she regularly appears on The Doctors, Food Network, Discovery Channel, Hallmark Channel, and featured in The New York Times, VegNews, CNN, Redbook, Glamour, and more, evangelizing the benefits of a mindful lifestyle, delivered with her trademark blend of sunshiney sophistication and girl-next-door relatability. Chloe has worked as the Executive Recipe Developer alongside Dr. Scott Stoll on several projects, collaborated with Love. Life Telehealth, and crafted recipes for Rich Roll’s meal planner. As part of the founding team at SriMu, an artisanal plant-based cheese company, Chloe mastered the art of crafting extraordinary dairy-free cheeses and designing impressive grazing tables and cheese boards.

Now, as the Director of the NEURO Coach Certification Program and Brain Health Retreats, she works with Drs. Dean and Ayesha Sherzai to empower individuals on their journey to cognitive resilience and health.
